The pay award for non-clinical academic and related staff has been agreed and backpay from 1 August 2011 will be in your January salary instalment. New non-clinical salary scale (PDF, 274KB)
The University is no longer enforcing a retirement age for the vast majority of its staff. This follows the Government’s ending of the UK default retirement age (which had been set at 65), and means staff can retire at an age and time of their choosing. Information on changes to retirement
