GEN267 The 'Coping Skills for Busy Lives' workshop

It could be said that the stresses and strains of modern living are largely a problem of now, as we try to fit more and more into now, leaving less and less time for ourselves to relax, and do pleasurable things that bring balance to our work/life situations.

This one-day workshop takes a broad approach to looking at our individual feelings towards pressure and stress.  A wide range of ideas are explored to find ways of managing and  where  possible  avoiding stressful situations in all areas of our lives.  Simple techniques to enjoy the many wellbeing benefits of deep relaxation are included.  The varied nature of this workshop means that it offers something of true lasting value for all.

The Workshop involves physical activities, where you will have the opportunity to try actual relaxation techniques that are initially demonstrated.
