Virtual and other resources, such as books, web references, and APOD recommended resources and courses, have been mapped to each of the University’s seven capabilities which are required by staff to deliver the strategic plan, in order to support your development.
Developing Your Future contains further information about the capabilities as well as examples of the capabilities in action to assist you in applying the capabilities in your own, and if you are a manager, your people’s development.
