We are proposing to implement professorial contribution banding to provide a transparent system to support the Strategic Framework by:
  • Clarifying expectations around the professorial career to support individuals to shape their career
  • Identifying individual contribution
  • Differentiating recognition and reward according to individual contribution

to assist with achieving the potential of the University and of individual professors.
